Ryan, our salesman, went out of his way to get us approved for a great car. It took a little time, but it is time well spent. They got us approved with no money down, and that impressed me. I will be looking to purchase another vehicle in a few months, and any guess where we'll be going?

My boyfriend and I were looking for a newer used car, Carnelle was our salesman and he got straight to the point. He showed us what he could get us into and didn't beat around the bush and waste our time looking at cars he couldn't get us into. We also had our 2 year old with us, which is a challenge when going to a dealership since it's a long process. Carnelle was very fast with helping us out. We ended up leaving with our car that day! He gave us the best price he could, with very little down. We actually went back in a week later and traded in my old car. Within 2 weeks we had purchased 2 cars from grote. We knew we had to have Carnelle again, he offered us a great price for our trade in! Every person that we came across at Grote was friendly and very welcoming! I have NEVER had this kind of experience at a car dealership before. They truly care about what car will work best for you, especially when you have a family to provide for! Thanks Carnelle!!

I made 2 trips to Grote Automotive while I was thinking about getting a car. The first time I wasn't sure what I was even looking for but when my other plans for a car fell through, I went back to Grote. Carnelle was friendly, professional, and honest.
