I have purchased many cars in my life and I can honestly say this is the first time I walked away not feeling like I'd been riiped off! I was able to get the exact car I'd been looking for, and I paid less then the blue book value. The staff at Grote (in particular Marlin Eicher) was very willing to work with me to get the price where I needed it to be. For all my future car purchases I will be going to Grote!

After going to Don Ayres and Kelly to look at cars and being repeatedly hounded by salesman via e-mail, phone calls and snail mail, I went to Grote. I was told by two different friends who had bought their cars there that they were happy and did not regret their purchases at all. Neither have had any issues with their cars. I worked with Larry Ciupik. He was fantastic. They did not have the car I wanted on the lot so he made an appointment with me to look over dealer exclusive websites. Larry help me find an absolutely fantastic deal on a Cruze. After the car arrived they had it washed and looked over. I recommend this for anyone buying, take the car to get it checked out. I had the car checked out and their was a couple little repairs that were covered by the factory warranty. Larry made sure they were fixed before I committed to anything. Larry also helped me a get a very good trade in price for my car. Larry was honest and a cut to the chase kind of salesman. It was refreshing to work with him and not be hounded non stop. I felt little pressure and Larry always made my happiness with the car priority #1. I had a great experience and would refer anyone to Larry! I am very satisfied.
