Our experience at Grote was very good. We got the vehicle we wanted, the salesman was very willing to helped us. They also showed the "car facts" I really like that. Thank you we really needed a vehicle and you made sure we left with one!

Very satisfied with purchase of vehicle! I was not promised that I could get financing but thanks to Pat Hall and the finance manager they were able to get me into a newer vehicle which is really nice! There were a couple of minor things that needed attention but they took care of everything! I would say to all looking for a nice newer vehicle to stop and check them out! And don't get discouraged if you get turned down! Only in extreme cases can you not get financing! Thank You Grote! Jeffrey Adkins

Went to test drive....next thing you know I was driving home in my new cruze. Very helpful not pushy at all but they difenately wanted the sale... Will go back and recommend others to do the same.
