The first time I wasn't sure what I was even looking for but when my other plans for a car fell through, I went back to Grote. Carnelle was friendly, professional, and honest. He was never pushy and he did a great job getting me the best deal. I would (and already have) recommend to anyone getting a car to see Carnelle at Grote.
