My boyfriend and I were looking for a newer used car, Carnelle was our salesman and he got straight to the point. He showed us what he could get us into and didn't beat around the bush and waste our time looking at cars he couldn't get us into. We also had our 2 year old with us, which is a challenge when going to a dealership since it's a long process. Carnelle was very fast with helping us out. We ended up leaving with our car that day! He gave us the best price he could, with very little down. We actually went back in a week later and traded in my old car. Within 2 weeks we had purchased 2 cars from grote. We knew we had to have Carnelle again, he offered us a great price for our trade in! Every person that we came across at Grote was friendly and very welcoming! I have NEVER had this kind of experience at a car dealership before. They truly care about what car will work best for you, especially when you have a family to provide for! Thanks Carnelle!!
