Yesterday we came in looking for a new vehicle, we had spent some time looking around and hadn't made any solid progress. We came into Grote and Ryan Seele helped us in the hunt. He did an incredible job listening to our needs both what we were looking for in a purchase & working within the budget we had predetermined before leaving home. Not only did we drive away in a new car but we also had been given the option of a couple different cars to pick from. The staff at Grote were all very helpful and friendly. If you are looking to find an upgrade on your vehicle & want to work with a salesman that will be upfront, honest & that will share a couple laughs along the way I highly recommend that you visit Ryan @ Grote Auto he will take proper care of you.

David did everything possible to find something that I truly like between him and Jim they were able to find me a nice car that I was very pleased with they were right on the spot on fixing anything that I needed fixed I'm very pleased with the service department and the sales staff thank you once again.

JR was awesome. We went somewhere before grode and they refused to help but JR and the finance team made it happen. I love my car it had everything I wanted!

All in all I would say the buying experience was good. I knew what vehicle I wanted going in so it made the process much quicker. I needed a newer daily driver with lower miles and good fuel economy and warranty and they made it happen and got me financed. The vehicle wasn't 100% perfect but the helped me get everything squared away and set me up with a 2 year warranty. I wish they had been a little more flexible with pricing but the vehicle was worth every penny I payed so I'm pretty happy with my experience.

Although it was a bit time consuming Ron got us in a great reliable vehicle that is perfect for my husband's new job. Thanks so much!
