Fred, Kim, and the whole team at Grote Automotive work hard to get their customers into the vehicle they truly want. They take the time to get to know you and your needs and then find the finance source that will best work for you and your budget. They have great practices in place to make sure all customers receive great service from start to finish. I've been their lender Rep for over 4 years and find they are a trustworthy dealership I can depend on and would indeed refer my friends and family to AND myself buy from. Go see them, you will be glad you did.

I went with my sister to get a "newer" car and was tired of all the fast talking used car dealers. I saw the commercial for Grote and dealt with Adrien (spelling). He was professional and was able to help her get just the car she wanted within her budget. Car shopping can be painful but these guys made it easy. I'd recommend !

I looked at the other reviews online before recommending my neighbor. They had credit issues and I knew that Grote Automotive specialized in helping folks get financing. They sat down with them, gathered all of the credit information first and that determined which cars the banks were willing to give them a loan for. Then they chose their 2014 Honda Accord. It was brand new on the lot and needed to have it's inspection and detail. They were able to pick it up in two days - they loved it, it wasn't brand new but it was brand new to them. They said that everyone from the beginning to end was respectful and helpful and didn't make them feel embarrassed. Had to revisit my review- for some reason yelp did not consider it worthy enough to count. Where can I review Yelp?

I would say the experience from buying from Grote Automotive was good. I have pretty bad credit and got a pretty nice car. They got the payments down to where I wanted them and everything. My only complaint is that they didn't tell me how much my interest was (it was of course really high because of my bad credit) so when I was signing all the papers, I seen that including interest and everything, I'll be paying pretty much double what the car listing price was. They didn't lie to me about the interest, but just didn't tell me and I wasn't aware of it until I was signing all the papers. Still kinda the same thing as lying.
