Buying a new vehicle can be very stressful, our sales guy Mike was amazing to work with and we come back to grote for our future vehicles.

First starting out, it was hard to talk to the salesman who came to us. He wanted to do things one way, which isn't how we work. The manger came out, and helped us and changed the experience. As well as a different sales man. I did end up getting a car I love.

I wasn't expecting to walk out with a vehicle that day and the team worked with me very well. Walked me through ever process and never left me hanging. The paper work and getting a bank to approve took a while, but it was worth the wait!

Had great experience. They got me approved for a vehicle that is brand new with low payments as I requested. They stayed after hours to get me into the vehicle I liked. All I can say is their not to many lots that actually care like that. I highly recommend Grote Automotive to anyone that needs a great reliable vehicle. Defenitly would rate higher if I could. Was like family as soon as I walked through door. Ty Grote Automotive for my new vehicle I love it. Ty Bob Cornwell an amazing sales associate who cared.

The sales people here were very helpful, listened to what we wanted, and gave us a very fair price for our trade in. We will come back here for our next vehicle.
