I was in Grote Automotive last week and was looking for a 4 door sedan with low miles and a decent price. Those are so hard to find now. I stopped in Grote and talked to John. He was so so great!!! He showed me a couple cars but he knew exactly what I was looking for and stayed in my price range. He got me financing at a good rate and now I am saving $ on gas every single day!! He was not pushy, and he listened to everything I wanted in a car. Obviously you can't get a brand new car for $99 a month, I am not that dumb, but he got me a damn good deal!!! If you are looking for someone, an honest someone, to get you the car you want at a great price and to really work with you on getting that car, call John because he is the only car salesperson I have ever met that I have trusted.
Great experience! On our initial visit Josh M and Ryan Seele were helping us. We weren't purchasing a vehicle that day and they didn't have what we were looking for. However, Josh told us he would do all he could to get us what we wanted. Well just under a week later, Josh got ahold of me and told me he found something! When we returned for the test drive, they were amazing! My husband and I did our financing through them, and we were very happy with what we got that! He and Ryan Seele helped us out so much to get into the car we wanted! They don't just provide customer service, but they provide exceptional service! I would highly recommend Grote and these 2 salesmen!! I'm very happy with the vehicle too!

Me and my husband had gotten a car from grote we love the car the only issue I have is that the main reason that we went to grote was because when I called they said that they could pay off the car that I was paying on so we set up an appointment and when we met the dealer that helped us said that it would be no problem they would what was left on our car. Well we had some issues getting approved even though my husband made $350/ week which is advertised in their commercials, well lets say 8 hours later we finally get approved but then they said that they can't pay off our car as a trade in that we should have it repossessed voluntarily. We got the car because the car we were driving was not safe for my kids but they should have told me from the start that they weren't going to take my car as a trade-in getting my hopes up then later when the deal is almost done tell me that they are not going to take the car.
