Fred Grote is a great guy, as well as his staff. Everybody should check them out at Grote Automotive before you buy your car. My name is Joshua Allgeier. Before I came to work at Grote, I stopped out because I was curious. Curious about his slogan FOR THE PEOPLE. Not to mention his patriotic choice of colors. What I found was that he cares. Yes, I said he cares. This is a dealership where he cares about you! The coolest part about it is it is fun to come to work! I love working with my guests! When you come into Grote you can expect to be greeted promptly, treated like a person, and listened to. If we cannot do what you wish to do, you will leave with an explanation...not just booted out the door. To put it short, you will be treated like a human! Not a number! Go to Grote. You'll be glad you did!

I have bought a few cas at Grote, they have even located a certain car for my wife. The sales staff where great and wasted no time getting the info and the paperwork. The service department always had an opening to get my car in and serviced even with my crazy schedule. Grote is #1 in my book. And I will always buy at Grote.

I had a very nice experience @ Grote, I had visited another car lot and they were not willing to give me what I really wanted. I went back to Grote, I had previously purchased a vehicle from them and once again I got what I was looking for at Grote!! I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a great deal on a newer vehicle.

OK to deal with but lied about the extent of previous damage to the vehicle

Being in sales I've heard a lot about this lot, usually negative. When I went just to check it out though I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very inviting and friendly. Everything was very clean and organized. Ryan helped me to find the perfect car. Him and his manager Desmond were very knowledgeable and had all the answers. I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience. These aren't the badger greasy car salesman that I have ran into before. I feel like I made two new friends that day. The only thing I didn't like is that I didn't get my last car from them and that I wasn't there to buy but more to just check the lot out. I do know that I will be going there next time I need a car and I will definitely recommend it to my closest friends and family.
