I purchased my daughters car at Grote. The sales man was professional and the process was super easy. I will n ever buy a car from anyehere else.

We were referred by a friend that had had a good experience here when they purchased their car here aprox a year ago. After a few prior bad experiences, we decided to visit Grote Automotive to see what you had to offer. We had been searching for a nice dependable vehicle that would last awhile since she's going away to college. We were immediately impressed with Ron and his ability to communicate all the needed info. Great personality as well. The deal went pretty smoothly although it did take awhile:-) No worries! To the finance dept, thanks for finding a way. My daughter drove away with a huge smile on her face! We made arrangements to return to see Ron to purchase another car for my son.. If that's not happy customers I don't know what is. From our family to yours, THANK YOU... We will pass it on.

Everything is fixed now and stuff is coming together for us thanks for the help i really needed it

The people were very nice, welcoming, and helpful. I definitely would recommend Grote Automotive to anyone! Jessie and Tim were awesome in picking out a vehicle and the rest of the process.
