Before I came to work at Grote, I stopped out because I was curious. Curious about his slogan FOR THE PEOPLE. Not to mention his patriotic choice of colors. What I found was that he cares. Yes, I said he cares. This is a dealership where he cares about you! The coolest part about it is it is fun to come to work! I love working with my guests! When you come into Grote you can expect to be greeted promptly, treated like a person, and listened to.
