We were referred by a friend that had had a good experience here when they purchased their car here aprox a year ago. After a few prior bad experiences, we decided to visit Grote Automotive to see what you had to offer. We had been searching for a nice dependable vehicle that would last awhile since she's going away to college. We were immediately impressed with Ron and his ability to communicate all the needed info. Great personality as well. The deal went pretty smoothly although it did take awhile:-) No worries! To the finance dept, thanks for finding a way. My daughter drove away with a huge smile on her face! We made arrangements to return to see Ron to purchase another car for my son..
