Josh Allgeier helped us out when we went in looking for a new car. Being a first time car buyer i loved the fact that Josh didn't try to take advantage of that. He was honest and straight forward with what car he could get me into and he was able to get me a great deal!

I can't say enough good things about Grote. From the second I signed up online they emailed me, and I was in the parking lot within the hour! I didn't expect to get a car that night, but Tyler really helped me out and they worked really hard to get my payment lower for me. I teach customer service, and everyone who was there went beyond customer service. They talk to you like a person, and that's what I value most of all! Any question I had they answered, and were extreamly understanding when I was supposed to be there one day, and totally forgot because I had strep throat. They made an appointment for me that I failed to show up for, and never were rude about it. When I did go, I had to wait for awhile and Tyler ended up coming out and talked to me so I didn't have to sit alone. He could have grabbed the first customer and left me there, his job with me was done. But like I said, they treat you like people, and not just customers!!!

Lengthy but so help! I was in a real jam and needed a car I could fit in my budget. With the salesman Anthony's and the Grote crews help, they made it happen! :-) :-) :-) Would recommend them to everyone I know :-)
