I can't say enough good things about Grote. From the second I signed up online they emailed me, and I was in the parking lot within the hour! I didn't expect to get a car that night, but Tyler really helped me out and they worked really hard to get my payment lower for me. I teach customer service, and everyone who was there went beyond customer service. They talk to you like a person, and that's what I value most of all! Any question I had they answered, and were extreamly understanding when I was supposed to be there one day, and totally forgot because I had strep throat. They made an appointment for me that I failed to show up for, and never were rude about it. When I did go, I had to wait for awhile and Tyler ended up coming out and talked to me so I didn't have to sit alone. He could have grabbed the first customer and left me there, his job with me was done. But like I said, they treat you like people, and not just customers!!!
