After going to multiple car lots and being denied a loan or having an outrageous down payment. We heard the commercial on the radio and decided to go to Grote. The process was surprisingly smoother than most dealerships. Robbie was our salesman and was very helpful, he made sure that we were comfortable. I highly recommend going to Grote Automotive!

We had an amazing experience. Anthony Young was our sale person. He did a fantastic job. He was very patient with us and by far went above and beyond to help us get the vehicle we wanted with everything we we were looking for. Thank you again Anthony!! I have to say they were absolutely amazing. I had just bought my car and was having trouble with it while I was at work I called and spoke with the manager Tim and within less than an hour he had my car taken back into their dealership to have it fixed. Not only that but he payed for me to have a rental car in place of that one until the problem was fixed, which was an absolute blessing. I didn't have to miss work and I was still able to make it to my children's parent teacher conference. I thank God for them because they were there when I needed them the most. Now that's amazing customer service and I couldn't have ask for a better group of people to deal with. Yes!! I would recommend them over and over again, not just because of the service but because of people they are, you wouldn't get that at most dealerships so I'm confident that I made the right choice!!To: Tim, Doc, the Mechanics and everyone else who helped me, I thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for all of your help and may the Lord continue to bless you all!! You area great group of men/women and your doing an amazing job. Keep up the good work!!!
