My wife and I were very pleased with our experience at Grote. This was our 2nd purchase. Anthony Young was exceptional answering all my questions. Even with the experience at the end of our visit/purchase ,Anthony was grace under fire.Everyone from the receptionist to the service department treated us with respect.I highly recommend anyone to go thru Grote and be sure to ask for Anthony.

I was absolutely terrified about having a car payment or even the whole process, Jennifer was the best rep tht i couldve had. Very caring and very patient with me because i had so many questions! Bo really helped at the end of the process to really lift my spirits and helped understand all my paperwork. I really recommend grote to all!

Came to Grote to try to trade out of my current lease and get into a different vehicle. Not only did they help me get into a new vehicle but they were able to get me approved for a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander. I worked with Anthony and it was an awesome experience all around. He greeted me with a smile and was patient with me threw the entire process. He did an amazing job helping me.
