The employees are very nice. What Grote says is untrue. It took the salesman 3 minutes to come back with a negative answer. Not everybody has a hefty down payment or access to a solid cosigner. I'm on my own and have no access to a cosigner. So I'm stuck without a vehicle. The company wasn't very helpful.
First time experience at Grote, and was very pleased! Tyler met us outside and was super attentive through the whole process. He's young, but Tyler may just be the greatest thing since sliced bread!!!! You should really go see this guy! We got a great deal on a 3 yr old car, at a payment we like. Everyone else we met was super nice too. I would highly recommend buying a car at Grote auto.
No pressure sale. Anthony Young was hands down one of the best sales associates I have dealt with ,very knowledgeable . Everyone treated us with utmost respect .Thank you for all you did . This was our 2nd purchase from Grote and we will continue to purchase future automobiles from Grote.Anthony Young in my opinion is SALESMAN OF THE YEAR !!!!
