I went to Grote to purchase my first vehicle! I of course had tons of worries as it was a big purchase but the Grote team made it as smooth as possible! I worked with Jennifer and she really listened to what I wanted out of a vehicle! As far as the approval and getting me signed, the team took the extra steps to make sure I was approved but at the same time comfortable with the payments! I never once felt they were pressuring me and on the other end, like I wasn't as valuable as a customer who had better credit etc! I highly recommend Jennifer and Chad and I appreciate everything the team did for me!Thanks again!

I just wanna thank you guys for selling me a 2015 kia soul that caught fire from the engine and burnt to the ground and almost lost my life too then I also want to thank you for all the ways that you would not help out in any way and costing me 10,000 thankfully insurance paid for 7 of it so just like to say thank you for selling me a death trap
