Super friendly!! Loved the service!
I am very pleased with customer service at Grote! I had my car for a little over a month and needed to have a rather expensive part replaced in the car. I called Grote and they got me in for repairs the same week, no questions asked. The best part was they didn't charge me anything and my car run's great!
I came through mid December to have a routine transmission service done for the SST trans in my Ralliart, along with some other odds and ends. Zach Burdette, my service advisor, was beyond exceptional. The first call in he answered and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what I wanted, along with catching some recalls needed! He ensured parts were on order for my appointment, and accommodated my fiancá and I with a shuttle ride to the local mall while we waited. Zach quoted me a few hours time, and sure enough 3 hours on the dot and my phone was ringing stating it was ready. Their shuttle picked us up and we returned to the lot where my car was up front and freshly washed. This was my first visit from an hour and a half away, and after explaining I'd been looking for someone trustworthy to work with my Ralliart and Evo 8, I am extremely glad I found Zach and the Grote team!
