I have had my car serviced at Grote 3 times and each and every time I have received friendly and efficient service. The only negative was on the last visit I had my cabin air filter replaced and when I was given my vehicle back a good majority of the debris was left on my floor mat. After bringing it to the attention of the service tech it was rectified right away.
