I had little doubt that I would roll off Grote Automotive lot in a new car, boy was I wrong. Matthew Hoagland who was upbeat, professional, and haliarios (great since of humor) bought it all home for me and put me in a ride that I can afford. Thanks to everyone involved. #Loyalcustomerforlife.

Taylor was amazing! She met all our needs and helped in every way possible. She is a STAR! This was our first car and she was understanding and gave us the best deal possible with our non existent and poor credit! We are so happy we chose grote ! the other staff members were very nice and made us feel very welcome! I highly recommend these guys!

I've only ever come here for oil changes. I've been doing it for years. I've never once had an issue with them. They always recommended work and all the work that they ever recommended was 100% accurate. I have a friend who does my work for me for free at his shop, and they've never once disagreed with any of the recommendations from Grote. Most recently Grote found an issue with the sidewall of my tire. Made my car undrivable. So they allowed me to leave my vehicle on their lot for three days while I waited for Discount Tire to get my replacement. Jordan even Went out in the rain and took pictures of my old tire so I could show them to Discount Tire to prove that I had their tires. When I finally did get my tire they installed it for free. They did not charge me for the hassle of keeping it there either. Zach, Gary and Jordan and all the rest of the crew did a great job. And my family definitely appreciates it.
