Matt hoagland is awesome! Go see him

I was a little torn between giving 2 or 3 stars. Considering I did get into a new vehicle, I decide on 3. This place was just one issue after another though.First off, I was guaranteed a specific vehicle. One they did not even have. I was very clear about what I was looking for, and felt almost bullied into picking something different. I did however get into something I wanted.As I was filling out the paperwork, I was told i would get a fill up. I did not receive one.On my way home, my tire blew. I called the next day and was told they would reimburse me. If it were something I had done, I would not have bothered. The reason the tire blew was because it was mounted backwards. I didn't even know that was a thing quite honestly. Anyway, I have not heard a thing of the reimbursement, or even as much as an apology.In short, if you are hard up for a new vehicle and you have no other option.. I would at least say get the car looked over by more than just you, to be safe.

Awesome amazing communication,Drove off lot same day with a good car I asked for that fits my budget that's not to old or knew ,Thanks to my brother for referring me ,looking forward to shopping with the dealer in the near future.
