I just bought a car from Grote Auto on New Years and absolutely LOVE it! James did an amazing job listening to my wants and needs and picked out the perfect car for me on the first try. He was very professional yet welcoming. I was approved quickly and walked out with my new car the same day. The office itself was clean and tidy. I appreciate that they put gas in my tank, gave me coupons for services, and gave me an option between weekly, biweekly, and monthly payments. James' customer service was phenomenal, he made car shopping a fun stress free experience as it should be! I'm definitely recommending him to all my friends and family. They went out of there way to get me into a car. They were very professional and polite. They even put 20.00 in gas because it was near empty. I highly recommend people go there for there automotive needs if you do. Please ask for a man named JR he did a great job and very patient
