The atmosphere is amazing here, love the friendly service! I went in thinking about doing a trade,but wasn't 100% sure. I went in and told Chad Kuhlman and Austin Shrock what I was interested in on a POSSIBLE trade in. These two are AMAZING and friendly, really willing to listen to you and NOT do what they want, instead they are going to really help you out like a car salesman should! Chad did an excellent job of matching my wife with the perfect vehicle for her. He did not try to sell her the vehicle that he thought she should have or make him the highest commission. Grote doesn't operate that way. Car buying was a pleasurable experience.
