It's difficult to decide how many stars to give this company. If you purchase a car with problems they do make it right and the service guys are super nice. One of the sales managers however (I think his name was KT) does not like to be disagreed with and quickly becomes an unprofessional thug. We tried to take the car back and instead of politely explaining that it wasn't possible he came in ready to "beat his chest" so to speak. The other sales manager we talked to told us the same thing, but at least he was nice and professional about it. The repairs are being done so I guess that's ok. My only advice is to avoid KT and work with someone else.
I have enjoyed my first experience with a dealership here at grote. Austin helped get me what i was looking for an has been very helpful with the whole understanding of this process and more!! Thank you grote team! You have a happy customer.
I dont have credit but have some collections but with a cosigner they were able to get me into an amazing car! Thank you Chad and the rest of the Grote team!
Went to Grote to trade in my traverse which had bad equity. Thanks to Austin I was able to walk away with a new 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander with only 33 miles with a 5.01 apr, gap insurance, 8yr extended warranty on inside/ outside of my vehicle for only 400 a month.He was awesome from beginning to the end, even when I came back with questions he didnt hesitate to assist.
