Chad was great!! Listen to what I wanted vs what I need. Process was super easy. Was approve with 1 hour! Came back the next day after work and pulled away. Got me a great deal Cadillac CTS 2009 w/ on 49,000 miles.

Great experience found what i was looking for on their online website and it was in Wabash so they had it brought to the Fort wayne location and had it ready for me when i got there. It was plated and ready for a test drive. Took it for a spin and came back Sat down with Chad who i had been talking with he was ready for me and my concerns we had discussed before i left and we had an agreement within minutes! Was the easiest, fastest, no back n forth car deal I've ever made. Great staff and atmosphere with people that don't want to waste your time. Can't thank Chad Khulman and the Grote team enuff for a great experience.
