This was my first experience purchasing from a car dealership. I had a wonderful experience. I had a lot of confusion and even more questions. Ask for Justin Harmon when going in! He worked with me thoroughly and made sure that he answered all my questions. Justin was very easy to talk to and that made my experience incredible! I By the end of the day, I drove away with a car that I am absolutely in love with!

I took my mother, Mary, and her Mitsubishi vehicle, to Grote, as she had a recall notice. Even though the vehicle was not purchased there, the staff was amazing! Flexible with the appointment time, friendly, SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF (every single person we encountered), and expeditious service, including a car wash and vacuum. We live 1.5 hours, from them, but I would drive that, again, anytime, for any Mitsubishi services.

Service was AMAZING. They fixed up my car in less than an hour and they knew what was wrong with it!! Next car we buy will be from Grote!!!!!!UPDATE: My boyfriend and I bought a Hyundai Accent yesterday from Grote! We were very hesitant from our past car buying experience, but Grote made it peaceful and painless!

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Grote. We had the perfect sales representative named Jennifer. Jennifer was patient, relatable and focused with getting us approved for our vehicle. We were undecisive of what we wanted when we came and did not feel rushed to make a decision. I've been to other dealerships that made me feel like they were trying to be nice to get "the sale", I did not feel that at all here. We were able to purchase a vehicle with low miles for a great price! I see why I see all of those Grote symbols on almost every car in town, they are the best!
