Best car buying experience I've ever had! Jennifer Keller is fantastic as well as her manager!

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I felt the staff at Grote were very nice and respectful. They made me feel comfortable and were also genuine overall. I really appreciate Jennifer for helping me find my 2014 SUV. She made a way out of no way and I truly appreciate her time, energy and hard work. I'm very satisfied with my decision and I would always choose Grote. They have such great customer service skills. Thanks again Jennifer for everything !!

He was very patient and answered all of my questions.i especially liked the fact that he did not try to get me to purchase another car once I arrived or any of that bait and switch stuff. When you get to Grote., askk for Justin Harmon...he's great!
