Stopped in last week to see if they could help me get out of the car I was upside down on. They where extremely friendly and seemed to do their best to try to get me out of the car I was in without putting myself underwater with a different vehicle. They found only on thing that would take the 4k in negative equity and it wasn't quite what I was looking for. All in all its a good dealership, but from me already being a car salesman in the past at a different dealership. I think that they need to be a lot less secretive about pricing. They would not tell me any prices upfront when I asked and wouldn't tell me what my interest rate was and what they where willing to give me for my trade. They just tried to get me right into another vehicle without knowing any numbers. Numbers a really important thing when it comes to sales. Money talks ya know. So if you are like me and want to know prices up front I wouldn't suggest going here.

I just recently purchased a vehicle from Grote (9/16) and I had a good experience. I got a good vehicle at a good price in a very timely manner. I want to give special thanks to my salesman JR. He was very professional, friendly, not pushy and got me into a vehicle at a price I could afford. Thank you JR!!
