Great people to work with!

I purchased a 2012 Ford Expedition Limited with just under 95,000 mi. Vehicle was in excellent shape but required a second key made and a replacement running board motor. Me being out of state I was a little nervous about the purchase, but the Sales Representative Joe and Service Manager Bob were both extremely helpful and honest. They both stayed in contact with me (even out of state) and made sure I got a brand new replacement running board motor and a second key made at my local dealership. I would definitely buy from Grote Automotive again, especially if Joe and Bob are there.
