I am excited about the vehicle going there with no idea what I like.My Salesman was great as far as saleing the car quick.What I didn't care for is when After the fact after purchasing. I noticed damage on the bumper. Took car back to see about it, My Salesman seemed to be very (unavailable). Longer story short Someone else helped me by the second time of going back. Never go alone as a Single female searching for a car. Didn't notice certain imperfections with car until after the the Sale. Overall the Car is nice preferably after the sale please be the person you were while saleing it!

They even went out of their way to make sure the car was completely free of the smoke smell from the previous owner, that meant a lot to me.

Glad Dustin helped so much, though he did get me to spend more than I wanted. Does your love it or trade it guarantee still apply? I don't like the color of my car.

First time around i didnt have the greatest experience with them vehicle i bought wasnt worth the money i was paying. This time around was great. My sales guy Brad was awesome. He made sire everytjing was takin care of an that i stayed in close range to what i was paying before got a newer vehicle he did everything to make sure i got what i wanted. Also did everything he could with hekping my mom out as well. Grote has come a long way since i last bought a vehicle from them 3 years ago.. so my rating of zero stars went to a four stars. Thanks Brad an Kris for all tour help!
