I need to edit my review.... I've now owned my car a month.While my car buying experience with Matt was a pleasant one. I will never again buy a vehicle prior to the complete inspection, even with the promise they will inspect and fix. I have had nothing but problems with the service department. I've had my car in 3 times in the month I've owned it, and this last time I literally sat for two hours (scheduled appointment!) before they even looked at my car. In the end, they fixed nothing they were supposed to. I'm so irritated I could spit.Matthew Hoagland was the associate who helped me purchase my vehicle this past weekend. He was incredibly helpful and not pushy at all. He helped me get into a better vehicle with the terms I wanted, when no other dealership could. It was by far the best car buying experience I have had!
