Friendly service, and they give you a gift card for stopping by BUT the sales men are like vultures. As soon as the salesman knew we weren't buying he took off to go to lunch with our car keys!! LOL

When first getting there my thoughts on my chances of actually going to be able to get a vehical were slim to none but thanks to Matthew Hoagland who went above and beyond we left in 2016 ford fusion thanks again Matt!!!!

I went to Grote to try and find a nice SUV for my family. When I got there, Kevin was standing out front and helped me with everything. He definitely made me feel comfortable about getting a car by myself. Kevin went above and beyond with all his help! If I could give more than 5 stars, I most definitely would! If you need a reliable vehicle, go see Kevin Agler at Grote Mitsubishi!

Came in not expecting to get the truck I wanted but working with Kevin Agler I got the truck. Recommend others to come here for a vehicle.
