JR Albert redeemed Grote! My last experience 2 yrs ago was not a good one so I was hesitant on going back, however JR went over and beyond on absolutely everything. If something went wrong (which lots did but not because of anything on his end) he went out of his way to find a solution and literally made magic happen. He was very thorough, respectful of what I was asking for and not once did I feel pressured to get a vehicle. I think I ended up looking/test driving 4 or 5 until he said "we will find something you love I promise, dont stress" and sure enough the next one was it! I really appreciated his patience because I was not easy to deal with. If you are looking for a vehicle, go to him, tell him what you want regarding style/pay/color/seating/ect and he WILL get you into a car that fits YOU. Thank you again JR!!!!Since I can't make another review... to add to my experience Zach in service has been excellent for years and hes been honest and extremely helpful dealing with 3rd party people to ensure my car was safe.
