I had been in contact with someone via text for about 2 days and was very detailed on what we were looking for, how much we wanted to spend, etc. I was assured everything was good, I was already pre-approved and if I came in we'd be in and out in an hour. When we actually got there none of that was true. However, our salesman, Kevin, was very attentive and didn't stop working with us until we found what we were looking for. They even stayed well after closing to help us finalize. If it weren't for the false information up front this would have been 5 stars.
