Grote Mitsubishi Review By John H. Blevins

Grote is a bit different from used car dealers we've dealt before because their salesmen don't give you that pushy feeling. Chris was pleasant to work with and very user friendly. This is the 2nd visit to Grote within the last year, this time we left with what we both believe to be a very nice, sound vehicle that feels like it will serve us well. We decided to return because on our 1st visit, even after some purchasing options were offered us, we felt maybe we were stretching our finances a bit more than we were comfortable with, yet we did not perceive that disconnect you can get from car salesmen when they conclude 'these people aren't going to buy'. We really can't give a solid review on the vehicle itself yet as we've only owned it for about 16 hours; just long enough to drive it home and park it in the driveway (the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars so far). I intend to follow up with this review after we've spent some adequate time with our purchase. I can say though, after two visits to Grote, they truly do seem to want you to be happy with your purchase and not just sell you a car. I mean it's obvious they want to sell, but they seem to want satisfied customers more. Good business practice!After several thousand miles of driving and a minor service visit (we purchased the car soon after they got it in and before a couple of small items had been addressed ) I can say we are quite pleased with the purchase from Grote and also with the follow up service. 5 stars for certain, and once again Chris Anderson was a pleasure to do business with! Thank you!
