I went to Grote Automotive knowing exactly what vehicle I wanted, and I didn't leave without it! Not only was the staff (particularly Carnelle) friendly and courteous, but they were also aware that I had a life outside of buying a vehicle. I went in, and three hours later, I was driving off the lot with a vehicle that I never imagined I could drive on a daily basis. My only irk was that the paper signing process went way too quickly, and I feel like a lot of the important details were left out.
