The Grote automotive experience is awesome! While your there, the Grote team will help you shift from being a car shopper to a car buyer!! At times, I have radical thoughts and attempt to do things differently and my fiancá allows this lol. I have 3 daughters that drive and had a drive way full of dents and dings, ruff on gas etc. I spoke with Matthew Hoagland at GROTE and asked "what do you think about a family coming in and buying 4 cars at once"? Without skipping a beat, Matt says: no problem, Grote has been the best sales and financial team I have ever been apart of, come on in. Maybe he didn't hear me, I said (4) four cars, not one. Pulled in to the lot at 830am on a 25 degree morning, no sun and seen 5-6 sale personnel standing on the sidewalk. I figured it was employees smoking thier morning cigarettes. There was never less then 4 people pacing outside, throughout the entire day, waiting on someone to pull in. Your Grote experience starts with kind people as you park. We were fed lunch, greeted by multiple personnel (including Fred Grote) and thanked for coming in. Great but we were also buying 4 cars right. Throughout the day, going to use the restroom or getting food, drinks etc, I noticed in every room were couples and/or families who were never frowning or looked not pleased. There were a lot of smiles and handshakes. Matt and Kris stayed until 8pm talking to us like it was 2pm in the middle of the day. Helping us through paperwork, taking stickers off cars and taking pictures etc. Matt was pleased to fill up all four cars with gas. Do yourself a favor, treat yourself, finally put all your vehicle buying stresses to bed and go to Grote Automotive for your next car. The customer service is really second to none!!!
